We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Executive to join our team in Jorhat, Assam. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to provide excellent service to our guests.

As a Hotel Executive, you will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Additionally, you will support the sales team by promoting hotel facilities and packages, generating leads to enhance occupancy rates.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Being detail-oriented is essential for managing reservations and addressing customer needs promptly. We expect you to have a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the hotel positively.
