**Job Summary:**

The Hostel Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the hostel, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage daily hostel operations and room allocations.

* Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.

* Handle resident admissions, check-ins, check-outs, and grievances.

* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hostel policies.

* Maintain records, collect fees, and prepare basic reports.

* Coordinate maintenance and resolve operational issues.

**Skills:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, employees, and service providers.
