Job Summary:

The Hostel Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the hostel, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily hostel operations and room allocations.

Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.

Handle resident admissions, check-ins, check-outs, and grievances.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hostel policies.

Maintain records, collect fees, and prepare basic reports.

Coordinate maintenance and resolve operational issues.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, employees, and service providers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
