We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team in Kolkata. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a positive first impression while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet Guests: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and make them feel comfortable.

2. Manage Reservations: Keep track of table reservations and special requests to optimize seating arrangements.

3. Seat Guests: Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring they feel attended to.

4. Answer Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries about the menu, services, and restaurant policies.

5. Communicate with Staff: Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. A friendly and positive attitude is essential to create an inviting atmosphere. You should be able to handle pressure and maintain composure during busy times. Attention to detail is important, as guests appreciate a well-organized dining experience.
