We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Home Tutors to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 6 years of experience in teaching and should hold a relevant educational degree such as , , , , or a professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Personalized Tutoring: Tailor instruction based on the individual learning needs of each student, ensuring they grasp the subject material effectively.

- Develop Learning Plans: Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and meet the specific goals of each student.

- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students’ understanding and performance, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

- Encourage a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to engage with their studies.

- Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and areas of improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be passionate about teaching and have a strong knowledge of their subject areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to connect effectively with students and parents.
