Health Insurance Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Advisors. In this role, you will help individuals and families select the most suitable health insurance plans based on their needs, educate clients about policy features, and ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate health insurance products.

Generate leads through referrals, social media, and community engagement.

Explain policy features, premium, coverage, and claim processes clearly to clients.

Assist clients in application and documentation.

Follow up with clients for renewals and upselling.

Maintain a record of client interactions and policy details.

Stay updated on product offerings and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Basic smartphone and internet usage knowledge.

Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is an added advantage.

IRDAI certification or willingness to undergo POSP training (we will assist).
