In this role, you will help individuals and families select the most suitable health insurance plans based on their needs, educate clients about policy features, and ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.Key Responsibilities:Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate health insurance products.Generate leads through referrals, social media, and community engagement.Explain policy features, premium, coverage, and claim processes clearly to clients.Assist clients in application and documentation.Follow up with clients for renewals and upselling.Maintain a record of client interactions and policy details.Stay updated on product offerings and industry regulations.Requirements:Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Basic smartphone and internet usage knowledge.Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is an added advantage.IRDAI certification or willingness to undergo POSP training (we will assist).Benefits:High commissions with lifetime renewal income.Flexible work hours and location.Free training and onboarding support.Opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance and finance.Performance-based incentives and recognition.

Job Responsibilities:Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipmentHandle tower operations like fixing and tuning devices in the towerHandle over-head cable laying and other IT Infra related works (like CCTV etc.,)Manage field activities, oversee repairs and technical improvementsMaintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibratedResolving onsite malfunctionsRequirements & skills:Valid drivers license and good driving record is requiredUnderstanding of safety guidelinesAbility to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekendsAbility to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
