Job Duties:

Design and update menus, integrating seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and dietary accommodations.

Inspect the freshness of ingredients, taste-test food, and review every dish at the pass before it reaches the customer.

Expedite tickets, coordinate line cooks, and ensure seamless timing between stations during service hours

Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff.

Manage shifts, estimate workloads, and maintain attendance records.

Foster a positive, respectful work environment, address performance issues, and keep the team motivated during high-pressure services.

Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies.

Enforce strict food safety standards, hygiene guidelines, and health regulations.
