qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a head chef, leading a professional kitchen.
- formal culinary degree.
- advanced level of english
- experienced in bbq and grill cooking techniques, as well as indian cuisine.
- experienced in using pos systems for managing recipes and tracking inventory
- strong leadership
- good communication skills
- easygoing and adaptable to new cultures and environments.

- monitor and enhance food quality.
