We are hiring a Guest House Supervisor. As a Guest House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our guest house and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. The role will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Qualifications and Skills

*1-3 years of experience as a Guest House Supervisor or similar role

*Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing guest house operations

*Experience of food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant service

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

*Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Flexibility to work in shifts and handle guest inquiries or issues outside of regular working hours

Roles and Responsibilities

*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest house, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards

*Experience in Cooking indian dishes, Cocktail, soft drinks preparation.

*Manage and schedule staff, waiters, and housekeeping personnel

*Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

*Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

*Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture, and place orders as necessary

*Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

*Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and functionality

*Assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue

*Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs

*Train and supervise staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and guest service
