qualifications and skills

*1-3 years of experience as a guest house supervisor or similar role

*proven experience in managing a team and overseeing guest house operations

*experience of food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant service

*strong communication and interpersonal skills

*ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

*attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

*strong organizational and time management skills

*flexibility to work in shifts and handle guest inquiries or issues outside of regular working hours

*oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest house, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards

*experience in cooking indian dishes, cocktail, soft drinks preparation.

*manage and schedule staff, waiters, and housekeeping personnel

*ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

*coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

*maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture, and place orders as necessary

*implement and enforce health and safety regulations

*inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and functionality

*assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue

*coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
