We are hiring a Guest House Supervisor. As a Guest House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our guest house and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. The role will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience as a Guest House Supervisor or similar role

Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing guest house operations

Experience of food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Flexibility to work in shifts and handle guest inquiries or issues outside of regular working hours

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest house, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards

Experience in Cooking indian dishes, Cocktail, soft drinks preparation.

Manage and schedule staff, waiters, and housekeeping personnel

Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture, and place orders as necessary

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and functionality

Assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs

Train and supervise staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and guest service
