Face-to-Face For Ground Staff Supervisor Jobs (Freshers)

We are seeking a Ground Staff Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of ground staff at our Lohardaga location. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Ground Operations: Oversee and coordinate activities of ground staff to ensure smooth airport operations.

- Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to new staff members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of service.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to safety regulations and protocols to guarantee a safe working environment.

- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

- Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other airport departments to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
