Face-to-Face For Ground Staff Supervisor Jobs (Freshers)

We are looking for a Ground Staff Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Jharsuguda location. This role requires attention to detail and strong leadership skills to ensure efficient functioning of ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Ground Staff: You will manage and coordinate the activities of ground staff, ensuring they perform their tasks effectively and in a timely manner. This includes the support and training of new team members.

2. Customer Service Management: You will interact with customers to address their needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Strong communication skills are essential to provide assistance and resolve issues professionally.

3. Operational Compliance: You will ensure that all ground operations comply with safety and company standards. Regular checks will be conducted to maintain equipment and processes.

4. Inventory Management: You will be responsible for tracking the inventory of supplies and materials necessary for daily operations. This includes ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.

5. Reporting and Documentation: You will prepare reports on daily activities and staff performance to present to higher management. Attention to detail in documentation is a must.
