Key Responsibilities:

1. **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers during the check-in process, ensuring they receive their boarding passes and luggage tags efficiently.

2. **Customer Service**: Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and general inquiries, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

3. **Baggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage, making sure that all bags are handled with care and delivered to the right flights on time.

4. **Safety and Security**: Monitor the airport area for safety, assisting in the enforcement of security protocols to ensure a safe environment for passengers and staff.

5. **Coordination with Teams**: Work closely with other ground staff and departments to ensure timely flight operations and smooth transitions for passengers.
