2. Baggage Handling: Ensure the safe and efficient handling of passenger luggage, including checking in and loading bags onto the aircraft.

3. Safety and Security: Assist in maintaining a secure environment at the airport by following safety procedures and reporting any suspicious activities.

4. Ticketing and Documentation: Help passengers with ticketing processes, ensuring all documentation is correct and issued in a timely manner.

5. Coordination: Work closely with other staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
