key responsibilities:
1. customer service:
greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing information about flights, services, and facilities.
check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with seat assignments.
handle special requests, including assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, or passengers traveling with pets.
provide assistance and guidance to passengers regarding flight delays, cancellations, and rebooking procedures.
respond to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
2. baggage handling:
assist with the safe loading and unloading of passenger luggage onto and from aircraft.
ensure baggage is properly tagged, sorted, and delivered to the correct conveyor or area.
monitor the condition of baggage to ensure it is handled carefully and returned to passengers in good condition.
manage lost or damaged luggage claims and assist passengers in resolving issues.
3. boarding and gate operations:
announce flight information at gates and assist with the boarding process.

ensure that passengers board the aircraft in an orderly and timely manner.
coordinate with flight crew and other ground staff to ensure efficient and safe boarding and deplaning.

assist with the safe parking, pushback, and towing of aircraft.

support aircraft servicing by providing ground power, air conditioning, and fueling services.
ensure the timely turnaround of aircraft, assisting with cargo and baggage handling, and preparing the aircraft for departure.
