customer support: provide exceptional customer service by addressing passengers’ concerns, queries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
safety and security compliance: ensure adherence to airport security protocols, including verifying travel documents, conducting screenings, and maintaining safety standards.
flight coordination: collaborate with the airline crew and ground operations team to ensure timely and efficient turnaround for flights.
ground support operations: assist with various tasks including aircraft towing, refueling, ramp handling, and baggage claim management.
crisis management: assist in emergency procedures, medical emergencies, or any unexpected situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers.
general maintenance: ensure cleanliness and maintenance of check-in counters, gates, and other airport facilities.
