You will greet passengers warmly and help them with queries or concerns, guiding them through various procedures. Ensuring the safety and security of luggage is vital, so you will need to monitor baggage loading and unloading processes carefully. Maintaining cleanliness in public areas and workspaces will also be part of your responsibilities, contributing to a pleasant environment for all guests.
