**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Interaction:** Greet and assist passengers at the airport, ensuring they have a smooth check-in experience. You will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment.

- **Check-In Procedures:** Manage check-in counters efficiently by helping passengers with ticketing and baggage handling. This includes verifying travel documents and ensuring all bags are tagged correctly.

- **Baggage Handling:** Assist with luggage loading and unloading to ensure it is handled with care. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing baggage claims in case of lost luggage.

- **Customer Service:** Address and resolve passenger queries and complaints promptly. Providing excellent customer service is essential to enhance passenger satisfaction.

- **Safety Protocols:** Follow all safety guidelines and regulations as instructed. Ensuring passenger safety during boarding and disembarkation is a key part of your role.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
