- **Baggage Handling:** Safely manage and transport passenger luggage to and from different areas of the airport.

- **Security Checks:** Ensure compliance with security regulations by assisting in the screening of passengers and their belongings.

- **Information Support:** Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other inquiries to help passengers navigate the airport smoothly.

- **Collaboration:** Work alongside the airline and airport teams to ensure efficient operations and address any passenger needs promptly.
