Key Responsibilities:
Handle passenger check-in, boarding gate operations, and arrival services
Assist passengers with ticketing, baggage queries, and special needs
Ensure adherence to airline and airport SOPs
Coordinate with security, ramp, and cabin crew for smooth operations
Manage flight delays, cancellations, and passenger communication
Maintain accurate operational and passenger service records
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Willingness to work rotational shifts
Mandatory Documents (Compulsory):
Valid Aviation Certificate is mandatory (from a recognized aviation institute)
Aviation certificate must be submitted during interview/document verification
Candidates without an aviation certificate will not be eligible
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in airport or airline ground operations
Familiarity with DCS systems and airport procedures
