Position: Airport Ground Staff
Role Purpose
The Airport Ground Staff role focuses on ensuring smooth passenger movement and efficient coordination of ground operations at the airport. The position requires strong customer interaction skills, operational awareness, and strict adherence to aviation safety and service standards.
Mandatory Qualifications
Airport / Aviation / Ground Staff Diploma REQUIRED
10+2 qualification from a recognized board
Ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi
Working knowledge of basic computer applications
Core Duties
Manage passenger check-in, seat allocation, and boarding gate activities
Confirm travel documentation including tickets, passports, and visas
Assist passengers during flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Coordinate with ramp, baggage, and security teams for smooth operations
Provide support to passengers with special assistance requirements
Follow airport SOPs, safety procedures, and service quality guidelines
