Job Title: Airport Ground Service Executive

Dumna Airport, Jabalpur

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger check-in aur boarding process me assistance provide karna

Arrival aur departure passengers ko guidance dena

Baggage handling, tagging aur coordination me support karna

Boarding gate par passenger flow manage karna aur announcements dena

Flight delays, reschedules aur cancellations ke updates passengers ko provide karna

Special assistance passengers (senior citizens, infants, PRM) ko support karna

Airport safety, security aur SOPs strictly follow karna

Airline staff aur ground operations team ke saath daily coordination maintain karna

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Hindi & English (basic communication)

Customer service mindset aur professional appearance

Rotational shifts (day/night/weekends) ke liye ready

Mandatory Documents (Compulsory):

Valid Aviation Certificate compulsory hai

Certificate recognized aviation training institute se hona chahiye

Document verification/interview ke time aviation certificate submit karna mandatory

Without aviation certificate candidates eligible nahi honge

Preferred Skills:

Airport / airline ground staff experience

Customer handling & problem-solving skills

Age Limit:

As per aviation & company norms
