Job Summary
Airport Ground Staff are responsible for delivering high-quality passenger services and supporting airport ground operations to ensure safe, smooth, and timely flight handling. The role requires professional communication, customer service excellence, and adherence to airport safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Airport / Aviation / Ground Staff Diploma MANDATORY
Minimum 10+2 pass (any stream) from a recognized board
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Customer serviceoriented attitude
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures
Verify tickets, passports, visas, and other travel documents
Provide accurate flight information and resolve passenger queries
Coordinate with baggage handling and security teams
Assist elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and service regulations
Maintain professional grooming and behavior at all times
