Airport Ground Staff ka kaam passengers ko airport par help karna hota hai. Check-in se lekar boarding tak, passengers ko smooth aur comfortable experience dena inki main responsibility hoti hai. Is role me communication, grooming aur customer handling bahut important hota hai.

Eligibility (Mandatory)

Airport / Aviation / Ground Staff Diploma MANDATORY

Minimum 10+2 pass (any stream)

English aur Hindi bolne aur samajhne ki ability

Basic computer knowledge

Customer service me interest

Job Responsibilities

Airport Ground Staff ko yeh kaam karne hote hain:

Passengers ka check-in aur boarding process handle karna

Ticket, passport aur travel documents verify karna

Flight delay, gate number aur boarding time ki information dena

Baggage related issues me passengers ki help karna

Senior citizens, children aur special-needs passengers ko assist karna

Airport safety aur security rules follow karna

Hamesha professional behavior aur grooming maintain karna
