Job Overview
Airport Ground Staff are responsible for delivering efficient passenger services and supporting airline ground operations to ensure safe, smooth, and timely airport functioning. The role requires excellent communication skills, professional conduct, and customer-focused service.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Airport / Aviation / Ground Staff Diploma MANDATORY
Minimum 10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board
Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer serviceoriented personality
Key Responsibilities
Airport Ground Staff will be responsible for the following duties:
Assisting passengers with check-in, seat allocation, and boarding procedures
Verifying tickets, passports, visas, and other travel documents
Providing accurate flight information and handling passenger queries
Coordinating with baggage handling and security teams
Assisting elderly passengers, passengers with disabilities, and unaccompanied minors
Managing lost and found baggage cases as per airline procedures
Ensuring compliance with airport safety, security, and operational guidelines
Maintaining professional grooming and service standards at all times
