We are looking for dedicated Ground Staff to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and requires a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. The Ground Staff will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Interact with passengers to provide information and assistance, ensuring a positive experience during their journey.

- Check-In Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, including verifying tickets and baggage handling.

- Bag Handling: Ensure the safe loading and unloading of baggage, maintaining organization and preventing loss or damage.

- Coordination: Work closely with other team members to facilitate a smooth flow of operations at the facility.
