Documentation & TrackingVerify baggage tags, flight numbers, and destination details before loading.Use baggage reconciliation systems (BRS) or scanners to track and confirm baggage movements.Report any damaged, untagged, or misplaced baggage to supervisors or customer service.Maintain accurate loading and unloading records as per airline and airport regulations. 3. Ground Equipment OperationSafely operate ground support equipment such as baggage tugs, dollies, belt loaders, and conveyor systems.Ensure proper maintenance checks before and after equipment use.Follow all safety procedures when operating near aircraft or on active ramps. 4. Safety & Security ComplianceAdhere strictly to airport ramp safety protocols and security standards.Ensure all baggage handling activities comply with DGCA and airline regulations.Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while on duty.Report any safety hazards, foreign objects, or equipment faults immediately. 5.
