Job Description

key responsibilities:

1. data entry: ensuring accurate and timely data entry of passenger information, flight details, and ticketing information into the system.

2. computer operator: utilizing computer software and systems to process ticket bookings, manage reservations, and generate passenger itineraries.

3. human resource management: handling passenger inquiries, assisting with ticket cancellations or changes, and providing exceptional customer service.

4. passport checking: verifying passengers' identification documents, visa requirements, and compliance with international travel regulations.

5. ticket checking staff: inspecting and validating passengers' e-tickets, boarding passes, and luggage tags before boarding.

6. customer care: addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

7. air hostess: assisting passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, in-flight services, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

8. ground staff: collaborating with ground operations teams, security personnel, and airline crews to facilitate smooth passenger handling and flight operations.

9. hard working: demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment.

10. ticketing executive: performing ticket sales, booking confirmations, issuing boarding passes, and coordinating passenger check-in procedures.
