Key responsibilities:

2. Computer Operator: Utilizing computer software and systems to process ticket bookings, manage reservations, and generate passenger itineraries.
3. Human Resource Management: Handling passenger inquiries, assisting with ticket cancellations or changes, and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Passport Checking: Verifying passengers' identification documents, visa requirements, and compliance with international travel regulations.
5. Ticket Checking Staff: Inspecting and validating passengers' e-tickets, boarding passes, and luggage tags before boarding.
6. Customer Care: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Air Hostess: Assisting passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, in-flight services, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
8. Ground Staff: Collaborating with ground operations teams, security personnel, and airline crews to facilitate smooth passenger handling and flight operations.
9. Hard Working: Demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment.
