As a Ground Staff member, your responsibilities include assisting passengers during check-in and boarding, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while they are on the ground, handling luggage and cargo, directing passengers to their assigned seats, coordinating with other ground crew members to ensure smooth operations, and addressing any passenger inquiries or issues.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and colleagues. You also need to have strong customer service skills.
