2. Air Ticketing: Issuing, changing, and canceling flight tickets for passengers, providing accurate information on fares, schedules, and policies.
3. Aviation Security: Ensuring compliance with all security regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.
4. Cabin Crew Activities: Coordinating with cabin crew members to ensure efficient in-flight service and passenger safety.
5. Ground Handling: Assisting with luggage handling, aircraft marshaling, and other ground operations to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
6. Airport Cargo Handling: Supervising the handling and transportation of cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring proper documentation and safety procedures are followed.
