We are looking for a Ground Hostess to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for customer service. As a Ground Hostess, you will assist passengers at the airport, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance: Welcome passengers at the airport, provide information about flights, and assist with check-in procedures to ensure they feel supported and valued.

- Baggage Handling: Help passengers with their luggage, ensuring it is properly tagged and directed to the right flight and address any inquiries about baggage policies.

- Coordination: Work closely with flight crews and other airport personnel to ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a seamless travel experience.

- Safety Assurance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, especially during boarding and disembarking, to maintain a safe environment for passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade and possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for passengers. Basic problem-solving skills are needed to handle inquiries and issues that may arise. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical, as you will be managing multiple tasks simultaneously while providing excellent customer service.
