We are looking for a dedicated Ground Hostess to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and travel. As a Ground Hostess, you will ensure our passengers have a pleasant experience before their flights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and provide essential information regarding their flights to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- Customer Service: Address and resolve any passenger queries or complaints, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

- Safety and Security Checks: Assist in conducting safety and security checks to ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations, contributing to a secure environment.

- Coordination with Staff: Collaborate with airline crew and other airport staff to ensure timely boarding and effective communications among all parties involved.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills, both in English and Hindi. A friendly attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. Basic computer skills, such as familiarity with check-in systems, will be an advantage. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, and has a neat appearance, as you will represent our brand.
