Passenger Welcome & Guidance: Greet travelers upon arrival, answer travel inquiries, and provide directions to gates, terminals, and airport facilities

• Check-In & Documentation: Verify travel documents (tickets, passports, and visas), process check-ins, issue boarding passes, and attach luggage tags.

• Boarding & Arrival Management: Coordinate gate announcements, oversee passenger boarding and disembarkation, and reconcile passenger counts with flight manifests

• Special Assistance: Assist passengers with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, families with young children, and unaccompanied minors.

• Baggage & Inquiry Handling: Resolve luggage discrepancies, assist with lost or delayed bags, and handle customer complaints or schedule change questions
