Ground Handling Staff - Full Time - Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and boarding processes, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

2. **Baggage Handling:** Safely manage the loading and unloading of baggage from aircraft, making sure all items are handled with care and delivered to the correct destination.

3. **Safety and Security Checks:** Conduct routine safety inspections of the premises and ensure compliance with security protocols, contributing to a safe airport environment.

4. **Communication:** Maintain clear communication with other staff, including flight crew and airport personnel, to effectively coordinate operations and resolve any issues that arise.

5. **Customer Service:** Respond to passenger inquiries and assist with travel-related concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all travelers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a completed 12th-grade education. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
