Ground handling staff are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of aircraft on the ground, ensuring passenger comfort and safety. They handle a wide range of tasks, including passenger check-in, baggage handling, aircraft preparation, and customer service.

Passenger Check-in and Boarding:

Assisting passengers with check-in, providing boarding passes, and facilitating boarding and disembarkation.

Baggage Handling:

Managing baggage loading, unloading, and transfer, ensuring efficient and secure baggage handling.

Aircraft Preparation:

Ensuring the aircraft is ready for departure by checking stock levels, restocking refreshments, and ensuring the aircraft is clean.
