Key Responsibilities:

* Design creatives for Associates' Telegram & WhatsApp groups

* Develop promotional materials for trips, travel, and events

* Create event-related visuals: invitations, banners, hoardings, signage, and posters

* Maintain branding consistency across all company materials and campaigns

* Plan and manage a content calendar for events, festivals, and promotions

* Design banking brochures and on-site banners for new townships and schemes

* Produce engaging video content and promotional reels for social media

* Create infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and blog visuals

* Support website management and project updates

* Track and analyze performance metrics of visuals across platforms

* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, including Gokul Kripa, to ensure unified branding

* Conduct regular training workshops for associates on social media and video editing

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects,

etc.)

* Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

* Experience in digital marketing creatives and content optimization

* Understanding of print media and production processes

* Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders

* Good communication and teamwork skills
