If you enjoy solving real problems, thinking inflows, and pairing strong UX logic with clean UI-this role is for you.Roles & Responsibilities Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept tofinal UI. Understand user behavior and business goals to create clear user journeys, flows, andinformation architecture. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability, clarity,and aesthetics. Use Figma to build structured design systems, reusable components, and interactiveprototypes. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, andpixel-perfect in implementation. Conduct basic user research, usability checks, and feedback analysis to continuouslyimprove designs. Maintain consistency across products through thoughtful UX patterns, UI guidelines, andvisual standards. Support branding, graphic design, and light video editing tasks when required.Requirements 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on UXthinking. Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, and design systems). Proven ability to create UX-driven designs that clearly communicate user intent andinteraction flow. Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and user-centered designbest practices. Strong UI skills, including color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Basic to intermediate experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, or equivalent. Ability to balance creative ideas with real-world development constraints. Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and UX rationale clearly. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes, problem-solving, and UI execution(mandatory).
