- Lead the entire Used Car business operations (buying, selling, valuation, refurbishment & delivery).
- Develop sales strategies to achieve volume & revenue targets.
- Manage vendor tie-ups, sourcing channels, and procurement of quality used cars.
- Ensure accurate vehicle evaluation and pricing.
- Oversee refurbishment process, quality checks, documentation & RTO clearance.
- Team handling – Sales, evaluators, telecallers, stock incharge.
