we are looking for dedicated & energetic fundraising officer for our organization.

responsibilities of candidates include:

* selected candidates will be placed in a particular mall in bangalore where they have to work with our team members.

* meeting & interacting with people coming in mall and explaining them our organization's objectives.

* work towards collecting funds from the people for our organization.

* filling up forms with donor details.

on the job training:

training will be imparted to all new fundraisers which will be on the techniques for developing communication skills which is a ‘must’ requirement for talking to people and convincing them to donate.

skills required:

• ability to talk to people comfortably & confidently and also listening to them patiently.

• intense urge to learn on the job.

• confidence in handling people with different temperaments.
