The role involves meaningful one-on-one interactions in public spaces to inspire long-term support for our cause.Key Responsibilities Engage with the public through face-to-face interactions in assigned locations Represent Sightsavers India professionally and communicate its mission and impact Encourage individuals to sign up as regular or one-time donors Build trust and maintain positive, respectful conversations Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets Accurately capture donor information as per data protection guidelines Attend training sessions and team meetings

Call prospective donors and inform them about CRYs work and campaigns.inspire people to contribute through monthly or one-time donations.maintain a positive and professional attitude toward donors at all times. passion for social causes,especially child welfare .strong communication.confidence and ability to engage with people over the phone.
