We are looking for a motivated female Fundraiser to join our team in Sector 15. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience. Your primary role will be to engage with potential donors and promote our cause to secure financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with Donors: Connect with individuals, businesses, and organizations to explain our mission and encourage them to contribute.

- Organize Fundraising Events: Assist in planning and executing events that raise funds, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.

- Develop Fundraising Strategies: Work with the team to create innovative approaches to increase donations and broaden our supporter base.

- Maintain Donor Relationships: Follow up with donors and keep them informed about the impact of their contributions to build trust and encourage future support.

- Track Donations: Keep accurate records of donations received, ensuring all data is up to date and organized for reporting purposes.

- Communicate Effectively: Share stories and updates that highlight our work and success to inspire potential donors to contribute.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills to effectively convey our mission and engage with various stakeholders. A positive attitude and passion for social causes are essential.
