Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current channel partners and prospective, Onsite visit to corporate clients.
Find sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints and Coordinates technical service groups. Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities
After sales support to the existing clients and prospect/converted clients, at the initial stage.
Setup or develop the sales team size in the assigned territory
Qualification and other requirements
Must be a Graduate from commerce/science/technical background
Knowledge on salary related statutory, Individual Income tax calculations and employee related information (HRMS)
Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes, High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
Naturally inclined toward solution selling techniques
Proven record of successful performance
Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities
