duties & responsibilities:
• establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current channel partners and prospective, onsite visit to corporate clients.
• find sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
• expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints and coordinates technical service groups. analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization
• supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities
• after sales support to the existing clients and prospect/converted clients, at the initial stage.
• setup or develop the sales team size in the assigned territory
qualification and other requirements
• must be a graduate from commerce/science/technical background
• knowledge on salary related statutory, individual income tax calculations and employee related information (hrms)
• bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
• ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes, high level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
• naturally inclined toward solution selling techniques
• proven record of successful performance
