handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.

operate the billing system or pos (point of sale) software.
ensure accurate cash/card transactions and maintain records.
issue receipts, handle returns or refunds.

maintain records of customer orders and sales.
coordinate with the kitchen/staff for order fulfillment.
answer calls/emails and schedule appointments if applicable.
