Front Office Executive (2-3 Years) - Female Candidates Preferred

Purpose: To ensure smooth front office operations and deliver a high-quality patient experience by

effectively managing patient flow, communication, coordination, and billing processes, thereby

supporting the overall efficiency and performance of the centre.

Responsibilities:

1. Attending and managing daily OP/IP patient.

2. Making follow-up calls to patients for review consultations as advised by doctors.

3. Daily reminder calls to patients scheduled for treatments.

4. Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments as required.

5. Maintaining daily patient data entries through online forms and tracking patient visits.

6. Handling cash and digital collections and maintaining proper records, including ERP entries and

account closures for:

* Registration fees

* Consultation fees

* Therapy fees

* Hemaprashanam fees

* Special consultation fees of visiting doctors

7. Maintaining manual registers for daily patient records including OP patients, treatment patients,

packages, and coupons.

8. Managing patient flow and coordination during special events such as Hemaprashanam days and

medical camps.

9. Coordinating appointment scheduling and reminders for visiting doctors (weekly/monthly) and

Director visits.
