we have an urgent opening for below position-

designation: front office executive

location: newtown

salary: 15k-18k monthly (depends upon interview)

experience: 2-3 years.

office timing: 10 am 6 pm

working day: monday friday (5 days in a week)

only female candidates preferred

responsibilities:

* manage the overall front desk operation and extend support to administration as per requirement.

* perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative activities

* greet guests and visitors with a positive attitude and assist them as required

* phone etiquette and receptionist duties

* ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* maintain relationship with domestic and international stake holders through verbal and written communication.

qualification:

* excellent written and verbal communication skills

* minimum bachelors degree in any discipline.

* hands-on experience with ms office, specifically microsoft excel.
