product knowledge: develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
sales pitch: create and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs and objections.
lead qualification: identify qualified leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
customer relationship management: build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
sales targets: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
data entry: accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the crm system and good in excel data management.

qualifications:
proven experience in telesales or a related field.
