JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Responsible for handling front office reception & Administration duties
including greetings guests & visitors, offering them beverage, answering
phone calls, handling company enquiries, sorting & distributing mail.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling
access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Maintaining courier inward/outward register & get the courier
coordinate activity done smoothly
Attendance management
Schedule meetings and conference rooms & coordinate for appointment
& create meeting calendars
Ensure reception area is tidy.
