Job Description

Front Desk Officer in a private bank is the first point of contact for customers. This role focuses on customer service, handling inquiries, guiding clients, and supporting basic banking operations.

๐Ÿงพ Main Responsibilities

๐Ÿ‘‹ 1. Customer Handling

Welcome customers politely

Understand their requirements

Guide them to the correct department (loans, accounts, credit cards, etc.)

๐Ÿ“„ 2. Basic Banking Assistance

Help with account opening forms

Provide information about bank products (savings account, FD, RD, loans)

Assist with KYC document submission

๐Ÿ“ž 3. Handling Calls & Emails

Answer customer calls

Respond to basic queries

Transfer calls to concerned officers

๐Ÿ’ป 4. Appointment & Visitor Management

Schedule meetings with relationship managers

Maintain visitor records

Manage token system (if available)

๐Ÿงพ 5. Administrative Support

Maintain daily records

Handle courier, mail, and document dispatch

Support branch staff when needed

๐ŸŽ“ Qualification Required

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate (, BBA, BA, etc.)

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

Good communication skills (English + local language)

Presentable personality

Basic MS Office knowledge

Customer service skills

Polite and professional behavior
