Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general office-filing system.
- Handle day-to-day clerical work and coordinate with all office tasks such as staff salary, attendance etc.
- Handle Data entry in MS Excel or Word, as may be required.
- Keep proper and accurate records of inventory / stock of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics / transportation company and arranging couriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure Accounts are accurate, kept properly and are up-to date.
- Handle and coordinate with our clients to ensure smooth and efficient assistance and responding to their inquiries.
- Any other duty as may be prescribed.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience.
- Basic Knowledge of Accounts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and computer proficiency.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
