Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in systems or spreadsheets
Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, confirmations, or promotions
Maintain office files, documents, and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Prior experience in front office / data entry / calling roles is a plus
