Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructionsSet up VMC machines with required tools, fixtures, and workpiecesLoad, edit (basic), and run CNC programs as per job requirementsSet work offsets and tool offsets accuratelyOperate the VMC for milling, drilling, tapping, and boring operationsMonitor machining processes to ensure proper functioningInspect components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and tolerance complianceIdentify and report machining defects or deviationsReplace worn or damaged cutting tools and manage tool lifePerform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenanceMaintain coolant levels and lubrication systemsFollow safety rules and wear prescribed PPEMaintain production and inspection recordsReduce scrap, rework, and machine downtimeSupport quality systems such as ISO / IATF requirementsCommunicate issues and handover details between shiftsAssist in continuous improvement and 5S activitiesCoordinate with supervisors, programmers, and quality teams

Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling inquiriesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional mannerPerform accurate data entry and maintain records in systems or spreadsheetsMake outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, confirmations, or promotionsMaintain office files, documents, and reportsCoordinate with internal teams for smooth workflowHandle emails and basic administrative tasksRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Intermediate / GraduateBasic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPleasant personality and professional attitudePrior experience in front office / data entry / calling roles is a plusOnly for Female applicants

Set up CNC turning machines for productionLoad raw materials and secure them properlyInstall, align, and adjust cutting tools and insertsOperate CNC machines to produce parts as per specificationsRead and interpret engineering drawings and blueprintsUnderstand tolerances, dimensions, and surface finish requirementsLoad and run CNC programs Make minor program edits or offset adjustmentsMonitor machining process and detect any issuesMeasure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesEnsure products meet quality standards and specificationsIdentify defects and take corrective actionsReplace worn or damaged toolsMaintain tool offsets and tool life recordsPerform routine machine maintenance and cleaningCheck coolant levels and ensure proper chip removalFollow safety procedures and wear PPEKeep the workspace clean and organizedMaintain production and inspection recordsReport machine problems or quality issues to supervisors

Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly procurement plans aligned with production schedules.Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and reliability.Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to optimize costs.Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as delivery time, quality, and responsiveness.Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Collaborate with Production, QA, and Finance to ensure seamless material availability.Implement inventory management strategies to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.Manage procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.Resolve procurement disputes and handle escalations with suppliers.

Assist machine operators and technicians during production activities.Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods.Perform basic assembly, packing, labeling, and sorting tasks.Clean machines, tools, and work areas to maintain housekeeping standards.Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).Transport materials within the production area as required.Conduct simple visual inspections and report defects or abnormalities.Support routine maintenance by preparing tools and materials.Maintain basic production records when assigned.
